Our Prices vary depending on a number of factors, but we are always affordable.
Standard Wedding
$500 to $700
A standard wedding ceremony utilizes a standard wedding template or a personalized commitment, hand written, and tailored to none other than you and your better half. The standard ceremony may include “sharings”, such as; meaningful readings, stories or poems, songs/music, and rituals like sand ceremonies, unity candles, ring blessing, rose dedications, etc.
Package includes initial consultation, assistance with developing vows and the wedding ceremony, travel, instruction for obtaining the marriage license, and mailing of the marriage license, via certified mail, to the local county Register of Deeds.
Typical ceremony length: varies by couple, usually 15 to 20 minutes.

Marriage Vow Renewal
$200 to $400
Renewal of Vows is a special celebration of love, and is often shared with a personal vow renewal ceremony. The Vow Renewal ceremony can have everything that is in a standard wedding ceremony, and more.
Package includes an initial consultation, assistance with developing vows and the ceremony, travel and coordinating the ceremony with others.
Typical ceremony length: Varies by couple, usually 10-20 minutes.

The Simple Elopement
$250 to $350
Elopements are usually defined as simple ceremonies that use a standard template for vows and ceremonies. Elopements are usually planned on short notice and may take place just about anywhere, including in a park, at the airport…in the lighthouse.
The Elopement Package includes utilizing a standard ceremony template, ceremony attendance and officiating, travel, instruction on obtaining a marriage license, and mailing of the marriage license via certified mail.
Typical ceremony length: 10 minutes

Do you have any other fees we should know about?
There is no additional charge for special elements in the ceremony, such as; sand ceremonies, unity ceremonies, ring blessings, rose dedications, etc. are no additional charge and are included. We don’t do hidden fees. Just let us know of any other ceremony requests and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Do you mind if we include our pet?
Want Fluffy to play a part in your special day? No problem! We love pets too!
Do you travel throughout the state of Wisconsin?
Yes, we travel – just ask! Wedding Officiants Wisconsin services the entire state of Wisconsin. If your venue or wedding location happens to be outside of the state of Wisconsin, just provide us with the details (a fee may be added to offset travel/time/lodging).
How much notice do you need to schedule a wedding?
Couples contact Wedding Officiants Wisconsin throughout the year for weddings that may be scheduled a year in advance or some may be as early as tomorrow. We try to accommodate our customers, as emergencies happen all of the time and sometimes we don’t have a lot of notice.
How can We Secure Our Wedding Date?
We require that a wedding couple pay one half of the cost of the wedding to secure a date. To make the reservation easy, couples can pay online.
Will you submit the marriage license to the Register of Deeds?
Yes! Once the wedding is complete, the couple signs the marriage certificate and then I submit marriage certificate within days to the Resister of Deed in the county where the license was obtained. I also give a copy to the newlyweds.
